Overview:

Stay ahead of the competition without spending hours buried in research.

In this hands-on 60-minute webinar, you'll learn how to use Claude as your personal research analyst - building competitor profiles, spotting market shifts, and distilling complex industry data into clear, actionable insights. Whether you're in marketing, strategy, product, or business development, you'll walk away with ready-to-use prompts and workflows you can put to work the same day.

Areas Covered in the Session:

  • Why Claude beats a basic Google search for research - how AI-assisted research differs from traditional methods and where it genuinely saves time
  • Building a competitor profile from scratch - prompting Claude to synthesize messaging, positioning, pricing signals, and product features into a clean one-pager
  • Prompt engineering for research tasks - the difference between vague and precise prompts, with live before/after examples
  • Analyzing competitor websites & content strategy - pasting in content and asking Claude to identify themes, tone, target audience, and gaps
  • Summarizing long industry reports in minutes - uploading PDFs or pasting text and extracting the key takeaways, stats, and implications
  • Identifying trends from multiple sources - how to feed Claude several articles or data points and ask it to synthesize a coherent narrative
  • SWOT analysis on demand - using Claude to generate and pressure-test competitor SWOTs based on available information
  • Tracking narrative shifts over time - structuring prompts to compare older vs. newer content and surface how a competitor's messaging has evolved
  • Turning research into deliverables - converting raw Claude output into executive summaries, slide bullets, or newsletter blurbs
